Nestled in Lincoln City, this charming condo offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Just minutes from the beach, local shops, restaurants, and the casino.

This delightful condo boasts 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an option of a roll away twin bed, king air mattress, or a twin air mattress (These beds must be requested before arrival). With 2.5 bathrooms 2 of which are ensuite bathrooms and equipped with hair dryers, guests can freshen up with ease.

Enjoy modern amenities such as WiFi, heating, a washing machine, an iron, and a new 55 inch Roku TV to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spacious garage is perfect for parking or storing your gear, and large windows fill the space with natural light, making it a cozy retreat year-round.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or an adventure-filled holiday, our condo is the perfect home base for exploring the Oregon Coast. Book your stay and create unforgettable memories!

⚠ Kindly note
The home has an elevator, but due to insurance and liability restrictions it is not available for guest use. Stairs provide access to all levels.


-There is also a removable baby gate available to block off the stairs if you have your Littles with you to keep them safe!

-We have a DVD player is stored in the living room cabinet along with a selection of DVDs. A TV table is available in the kitchen pantry and can be set up beside the TV for easy use.

-Please remember the additional bed is available upon pre-arrival request. We are happy to set out the rollaway twin, King air mattress or twin air mattress allowing for a 5th or 6th guest to join at this beautiful home.

Overall the place is good. It is very well stocked. I will say we were not allowed in till 5 they were behind in cleaning, notification of that would be helpful when that occurs and dining table and chairs were sticky and it looked as the sheets on one bed were not changed, if we are prevented of coming in on time I expect thorough cleaning.

Great stay at the coast!

This lovely home had everything we needed for a great weekend at the coast. There were even sand toys and beach chairs. My kids loved the extensive DVD collection. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves from the open window. We would be happy to say again.

Nice Property

It was great except the cleaners of the property were late so our check in was delayed, the outside garbage receptacle was full so the cleaners or someone left a bag by the receptacle and critters strewn the trash around the parking lot.

Comfortable and Cheerful Beach Home

We loved the decor/art and furnishings. Everything was well taken care of, very comfortable and clean. Location was very close to the beach, easy walk. Easy access to main road and exploring other parts of the coast. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean and well stocked with a beautiful view of the ocean. Heads up it has two flights of stairs to reach kitchen living area. Short walk to the beach. Fantastic communication with property manager. Would 100% stay here again.

Great unit and location

Down side. Seniors having to carry luggage up 3 stories. Elavator not available. Guest bedroom had no closet space. Otherwise the unit was great. Great views and very roomy.

Beautiful home!

We stayed here with grown kids and had a perfect time. So close to beach (and to our other daughter) so location was perfect for us. Great views too. Nicely stocked kitchen and bath items/linens. So clean! And when we had some little questions or issues, the response was quick. Thank you for a great stay!

Great property!

Loved the stay! Two bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower, which was great! There are 3 flights of stairs, which I didn't mind. Beautifully decorated and everything worked! Dog bowls were already there and waiting when we arrived.
