There's a King bed in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room so you have space during the day. Enjoy the balcony view, or wander down to the easy beach access for some fun on the sand! The full kitchen has basic supplies for your convenience, or explore one of Lincoln City's local favorites for dinner. We also give access to the HOA's pool!

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
