  • Heathergate has surf & sand views. The beach is a few steps from your deck. Great Room looks over the sand & surf with fireplace & knotty pine vaulted ceilings. Great home for anyone that can't do stairs. Three of the 5 bedrooms are on the entry floor along with 2 full baths. There is 2 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom. Kids love playing in the loft (finished attic space off the twin bedroom). Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a big meal . Outdoor fire-pit, deck overlooking the ocean with private stairs right down to the sand and a close walk to tide pools. Sun room with wicker furnishings and patio are great for coolers, bikes, etc.

Beautiful place with lots of character. I loved how it was only a few steps to the beach. Definitely enjoyed my stay. The hot tub was also great!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a girls trip and we all absolutely loved the Heathergate! It was absolutely beautiful, clean and as described. It was easy to get to, great parking, right on the ocean. Working with Karen at A-1 beach rentals, was a breeze and she was so kind. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Heathergate Beach House was a wonderful place for our girl's weekend. The house is beautiful, cozy and has an amazing view of the beach and ocean.

The house is beautiful the hot tub was perfect temperature. It was very clean and the view is just amazing. Our family had a wonderful time at this house. The check-in and check out was easy. Thank you so much we will definitely visit again.

What a perfect getaway. Great view! We saw whales every day, and lots of pelicans too. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Thank you for a lovely retreat. .

Overall, this was a great place to stay right on the ocean! It was clean and what we expected for the most part. The hot tub was smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was a musty smell when we entered the property, and it seemed like the host was aware of it since there were several bottles of Febreze available. That’s somewhat to be expected with an older home on the water. Overall, host was smooth to work with and we had a great stay!

We had friends from out of town to stay with us and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the view was incredible. There was plenty of space and had all the amenities we asked for. Worth mentioning the bidets were a pleasant surprise! The hosts communicated with us in a timely manner prior to arriving and all instructions were easy to follow. This is definitely a a place we will be returning to!

Super cute! So much character in this home! Wonderful charm and provided everything we could ask for. Sunsets on the balcony were an absolute favorite!

The kitchen was great! Sharp knives! Stainless steel pans! Every tool you needed.Comfortable beds. Clean hot tub. Very clean house. Excellent access to beach.Be sure to park in the correct direction of traffic to avoid getting a parking ticket.
