Cleaning Fee- $250 standard occupancy 8 guests + taxes. Cleaning Fee- $275 9 or more guests + taxes.
$5 per nt for each additional child/adult guest over 10 + taxes Room Tax 14.75% (lodging tax: 12% county, 2.75% state) When checking in or out on a Saturday (Splitting the Wknd) 3 nights will be charged the wknd rate
