"Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. "Jose was a very welcoming host and great communicator throughout the booking process and our stay at his beautiful property. Words cannot describe and pictures can't capture the amazing views from this home. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but restaurants and markets were nearby. We booked a short stay to visit Monteverde Cloud Forest, but wish we had an extra night to explore and enjoy the area around this property. The compact size was perfect for us as a couple and offered...
