"Beautiful property"

"The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. But the unit itself needed a bit of work. The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. Everything else was in good working condition, but overall could use with a good deep clean."

"The property was lovely, however, and this is not a criticism of the hotel or the staff, but be aware with wooden floors, guests coming back after midnight can be heard coming in and walking around. They provided me with the soy milk for my coffee that I had requested, and Pia, the hotel staff member could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking, warm and comfortable room. It is a good walking distance down to the main shopping areas, but that only helps build up an appetite...

"Very enjoyable stay at the apple shed, beautiful views, warm and cosy home away from home, lots of nature, bird life and wallabies around the property from the late afternoon, awesome walks along the river front with our furry family, close to wineries, local berries , apples and pears. Loved our extended stay and wouldn’t hesitate to have a return visit to this wonderful property."
