Just steps from the golden sand, this is an ideal home base for beach lovers seeking relaxation, convenience, and coastal beauty. Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.

You'll be only three miles north of Lihue Airport, five miles northeast of Costco and Safeway for all of your grocery needs, and perfectly positioned for day trips both north and south. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course only one mile south, or hop in the car for a day in sun-splashed Poipu (16 miles southwest) or beautiful Kilauea (21 miles northwest). Please note: guests of Kauai Beach Villas do not have access to the neighboring resort amenities.

The condo was absolutely lovely very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity that you might think you would need. The air conditioning worked great. The pool was very refreshing clean and nice to cool off for the day. I would highly recommend the condo beds were comfy, and the condo itself was very roomy.

Great place!

Condo was great, clean, nice and modern. My only complaint is there were no extra blankets, esp for the blowup bed or couch bed. We asked but was told they couldn’t provide any if they weren’t in the unit already.

Overall, a great experience! We requested the twin beds be moved together for a queen (which was done) . We also enjoyed the snacks and coffee (a nice treat!) . We would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, but 1 kitchen towel smelled moldy and the bathroom towels smelled musty. This is a great location; we loved walking on the beach and it’s also close to Kapaa. Would stay here again!

Roomy condo

Love the location and resort amenities. The condo was one of the best equipped I have stayed in. Very clean, had comfortable beds and updated. Online description saying twin beds could convert to king was inaccurate. Good communication with checkin and out. Pricey, but would recommend.

We found the 2 large bedrooms, each with their own remote control air conditioning units, 2 full bathrooms, in suite washer & dryer & roomy kitchen, living room & lanai very convenient for 4 adults & our infant grand-daughter. The pool toys, coolers & bonus playpen were conveniently stored in the closet of one of the bedrooms. I would have preferred the second bedroom to have a king size bed like the first one rather than having to push together 2 single beds that my son & his wife ended up having to do.

Nice place

Lihue was very convenient to explore the island. The layout of the condo was very nice and the decorations made you feel like you were in Hawaii. There was even an unexpected basket of goodies. Everything you needed was supplied including laundry detergent. I would stay here again.

Not What I Was Hoping For

D10 at Kauai Beach Villas is a mixed experience. We’ve stayed at KBV several times before, in a different unit. We like the resort quite a bit. Unfortunately, the property is experiencing some structural issues with buildings G and H. The timeshare owners are currently deciding whether to pay a $56 million dollar assessment or to sell the property, so the future of KBV isn’t certain. Vacasa’s D10 was a disappointment. The on-island manager doesn’t have great communication. We sent two messages asking for info. One had a reply within a couple of days, but the other… Not so much. Vacasa Corporate tried to get the answers, too. We had wanted the twin beds pushed together, and were told that would be done. It wasn’t. The kind bed in the master bedroom is a noisy, noisy bed. Roll over, and it creaks. Do anything more vigorous, and you worry about waking up the neighbors. It’s a cheap bed frame on a hard floor. The furniture is cheap. It’s not comfortable at all. The couch isn’t the same as depicted in the photos. It’s now a hide-a-bed that does a remarkable impression of concrete-covered fabric. The feel of the unit is odd. They tried to make it feel upscale, but it’s more like a cheap veneer. Everything seems to have two priorities: Ease of cleaning and appearing fancy. Cleaning was another problem. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived. Grit all over the bare feet. The coffee maker was full of mold. The AC unit is quite loud.

Great condo in Lihue with beautiful grounds

The property is a great space! We had plenty of room with two couples. We enjoyed the decks off each bedroom and the front deck overlooking a nice lake. Multiple pools and hot tubs and just a quick walk go the beach. It’s a little isolated from town and nothing else is within walking distance but we didn’t mind. Loved our stay!

We had a very nice stay. There was a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival, the property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The beach has a great sunrise view.

Almost Perfect

We rented this condo for four nights. When we first arrived we realized the condo was exactly as it was described and had a beautiful view. Our kids loved having their own space and bedroom. What is nice is that it is on the other side of the condo from the master so everyone gets their own space. The pool and beach at the resort are beautiful and it came with just about everything including family games but there were not a lot of spices so make sure you buy your own. It is very close to everything and is conveniently in the middle of the island so you can get to everywhere on the whole island within an hour or less. The reason why it was not perfect was because of the bugs. There were several roaches of all sizes in the kitchen and bathrooms. At first we thought this must be part of Hawaii so we put all food in the fridge to avoid them. Then we were talking to others at the pool on our last night about it and they told us they had not seen a single roach in their unit. I contacted the property manager to let them know for future guests. It took almost a week for them to respond back to me. Then I noticed the review after us said their were bugs in the unit, so I'm not sure they have fixed the issue yet.

A lovely location to see the whole island from

We selected this 2 bedroom unit with pools and beaches as it was close to airport and centrally located between excursions we planned to Hanelei, princeville, NaPali coast , Botanical gardens. Etc and close to lihue and KaPaa for shopping and dining. We found the unit well equipped and easy for four of us to sit on the deck or work in the kitchen. Would recommend it for adults or young families.
