The VRBO assistant responded through VRBO text. The internet was restored the following day. We only stayed 2 days so half of our stay was without tv or internet. We went there to relax and watch football for the weekend. The check-in instructions referred to a condo manual that was to answer questions. We never found...

"Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. "

"House is newly remodeled, sits on the main road and is surprisingly quiet for that being the case. We used little but the bedroom and showers after our days visiting family. I missed having access to a washer/dryer through the week but we made do.The owner is VERY responsive and while we didn't need much, the one thing we asked about was remedied quickly.Overall our stay here met our needs and gave us room to spread out after long days of family togetherness;)"
