"The property was beautiful. It sits close to the road so we heard traffic a lot. Our bathroom was quirky. We had a room with a spa tub but the shower part was difficult to use. The faucet in the sink was difficult to work around...either splashed the floor or got my hair wet when I rinsed after brushing my teeth. The sunsets were incredible"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements."

"Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. "Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again."

"The property is a bit outdated, and the location didn’t make us feel very safe. Late at night, someone above us started setting off fireworks. It was extremely loud, and honestly, I was too uncomfortable to even ask them to stop—I just waited for it to end.
Overall, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast because it ended at 9:00 AM.
It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here with children."

"The staff was great. There were a few concerns. 1. The floor was wet and appeared to have been flooded. We had to walk on towels the first few days. 2. Outlets didn't work. 3. One day the warm breakfast was closed because the warmer was broken. There were lots of other options but since I was only having protein, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter."

"We stayed at Smart Stay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. We spoke with the front desk manager twice and both times they went over and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in each day to freshen the room up and add new towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast is the only negative I have with this stay. "Took forever to get someone to the office to be able to check in. Then about midnight the property owners/management team decided to start yelling and arguing right outside our door/window area. Then they refused to come to the office to handle our check out. Definitely do not recommend for a relaxing getaway. Pool was tiny and closed during our stay. It was also not very clear water so we wouldn’t have swam in it anyway."
