The chalet benefits from a south-facing position and was partly renovated in 2025, combining comfort with elegant furnishings across every floor.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room complete with a dining table. A separate lounge area provides additional space for relaxation. The ground floor also features a fully equipped large kitchen as well as a shower room with WC.
On the first upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first is a room with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering direct access to a south-facing balcony. The second is a large room featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a hand-basin and balcony access with a south-facing orientation. The third room on this floor also features 1 bed of 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a separate WC.
On the second upper floor, a large room with characterful sloping ceilings houses a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower. This top-floor retreat adds a cosy and distinctive atmosphere to the chalet.
