"Room very clean but small...decor tired Staff friendly and helpful Food and service excellent . Planters overgrown and full of weeds , whole outside area spoils the apperance needs replanting or removing "

"Great, friendly/welcoming bar/front of house staff it makes a difference. Room was comfortable with a great shower, fluffy towels and very clean. Sunday lunch and the Thai fish cakes were tasty along with a good English breakfast. Very nice area and some awesome country walks nearby, a definite return when travelling up north. "

"The area was amazing . The room was well appointed however I had a couple of issues. I had little or no hot water / heating throughout my visit. There was an infestation of fleas in the kitchen window area. The fridge door shelf was broken meaning I couldn’t store orange juice in it. However with all this aside , I really enjoyed my stay and the bar has some of the best Guinness I’ve ever had."

"Mark is a wonderful host who really cares about your experience. The rooms are comfortable with a fridge and iron just outside if you require them. The breakfast is delicious and dietary requirements are well researched and catered for which is very much appreciated The bed is comfy with nice full pillows and duvet. There is a heater to keep you toasty when it’s cold in June! The location is excellent for Thirsk centre and right next to a big Tesco. The only thing missing was a full length...

"We had a 3 night stay here. The room we stayed in had a table with a basket of teas, instant coffee and cookies. They leave a half pint free voucher. The inn was in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station. We had dinner on Sunday night, the roast beef dinner was very good. "We stayed two nights at Miresfield Farm and its probably the best B&B we’ve stayed at!!! The location is prefect for walking Malham Cove, as the circular route passes the house. There are two superb pubs less than a three minute walk from the B&B, both serving excellent food and very reasonable. The accommodation itself was fabulous - lovely building, beautifully decorated, very clean and really comfy warm beds.
