"We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. "

"This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. "This duplex was a clean & comfy space! The owner makes staying at this location very easy by providing the perfect amount of amenities, great communication and clear expectations. We were brought to town for the Miss NC pageant, and although our evenings were full, we were able to enjoy some exploring of local antiques and thrift stores! "Beautifully remodeled older building. The bathroom was especially lovely. Kitchen was small but usuable (we didn't cook). Wonderful dining space and TV area. The neighborhood is a little noisy...probobly only noticable to us as we like to sleep with windows open. We will stay again."
