"The place was very clean and in a really nice location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt so soft. Our only complaint was that the bathroom only provided shampoo, body wash, and only a couple of towels. We would have appreciated some conditioner and some extra towels. If it wasn’t super cold outside we would have been able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely keep this place in mind if we come back to the area. "

"Pet Friendly, only problems were unit was upstairs and we had no idea with our bad knees, soap dispensers were empty in shower, and the bedroom windows let in all the lights outside making it difficult to sleep. Apt was clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. Host/AI responded rapidly."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...

"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. Electric outlets were minimal, but we found one behind the kitchen trash,one in the aisle behind the sofa, and another under a shelf in...
