"Excellent kind enthusiastic staff and new manager. Wonderful accommodations with little extras everywhere (even the guitar in the room was tuned). Loved the breakfasts and appreciated the location... so close to everything Edinburgh!"

"Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely on beach location.Good parking facilities . Pleasant, well-maintained gardens. Excellent pool and spa. Good food albeit dining menus fairly limited in choice. Easy pedestrian access to the nearby charming town centre . Highly recommended and well worthy of repeat visits."

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too! "

"Loved Pam, our host!! The proximity to town was wonderful, the room we stayed in was her smallest, but it was plenty of space for the two of us and really felt like home. Can’t wait to go back!!"

"All the staff very extremely helpful and professional. We stayed in the gatehouse with our dog which was ideal. Our only issues were the works required in the bathroom, there has obviously been a leek at some point the wall paper is coming away and the ceiling is stained, the tiles on the on the shower floor are loose and could cause an injury."

"Het hotel zelf had een heel goede ligging! Het interieur was in orde! We misten wel een koelkastje op de kamer. Volgens de site kon je parkeren bij het hotel voor £18 per dag, maar de plekken waren allemaal bezet waardoor we de huurauto in een dure parking hebben moeten zetten. We kregen wel 20% korting, maar dan bleef het nog duur."
