This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used ...

H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel
Hôtel globalement agréable mais qualité du personnel très médiocre, temps interminable à le réception que ce soit au check-in/out, erreurs régulières dans la facturation, personnel pas très aimable, un sourire serait un plus et s’ils étaient formés à l’efficacité ce serait encore mieux !
