"Beautifully located - super close to a major train station with direct connections into Manhattan. The house itself was filled with so much character! You could tell the host put in a lot of thought and effort into the home. Nice bedroom size and kitchen size too. Ashley was also super kind and accommodating of our late check out and for us to leave our bags at the rental earlier than check-in time. Cute outside area too. "Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc."

"We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management.
