"I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!"

"Door looked like it had been broken in, no blankets on the beds just sheets. Not nearly as nice as the pictures, room smelled like cigarettes."

"Great location. We didn’t need to go to airport but noticed that the shuttle was ready. The front desk coffee station is handy. Staff were super friendly. The only issue we had was the noise during the stay: not from the traffic or the airport, but the upper floor. The movement of the upper floor during midnight at 2am was very loud."

"There was only 1 elevator which made it difficult at times. We were staying several days and they said that housekeeping would come every other day but when they didn't come after I had piled up all the towels(we had 2 adults and 3 kids) I had to go back down and get more towels and toilet paper. We were there 6 nights and housekeeping only came 1 time. There was also only 1 washer and dryer which was a little inconvenient when traveling with kids."
