Wenn uns dann versichert wird, dass wir spätestens in 15 Minuten informiert werde wenn das Zimmer fertig ist und nach 20 Minuten ich selbst nachfragen muss und dann den Schlüssel ohne jegliche Entschuldigung bekomme, ..."

"Very small studio units within walking distance of the city centre. Clean and modern, fairly well equipped kitchenette. On a noisy road so not possible to leave windows open at night; no air conditioning unit, just a fan. The curtains are not blackout, so an eye-mask and ear plugs are desirable. ..."
