This beautiful Saratoga Springs home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and space to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests:
Bedroom 1: Spacious king bed, plus a smart TV, dedicated desk, and large walk-in closet—ideal for a little work or quiet downtime.

Bedroom 2: Another king bed perfect for stretching out and relaxing.

Bedroom 3: A cozy queen bed in a peaceful setting.

Bedroom 4: A fun bunk bed setup with a full on the bottom and a twin on top—great for kids or extra guests.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
