"This home was beautifully decorated and spacious. The outside lawn, both front and back, was full of weeds, pea gravel and bush stumps...a real disappointment. The lap pool and hot tub were great except the deck umbrella was broken and tipped over. Communication with the hosts was good initially but at the time of our arrival, I still had not received a code to enter the home. We checked in the back of the house and two doors were unlocked. "We came from out of town for our daughter’s wedding. The location is great, and the unit was large enough to hold our big family. We enjoyed using the pool area daily. Our only complaints were about cleanliness. There was laundry in the washer and dryer, which we easily rotated. Some things were in disrepair, and some of the walls and ceilings seemed smeared with something sticky. It also looked like there was some sort of critter excrement on the basement ceiling. "Teresa is an "above and beyond" Host. This made the stay really relaxing. The property is immaculate, full of everything you could ever need (really), and has an amazing view and an outdoor patio/porch to enjoy the views. Property was an easy 18 min to Sundance for Zip Line rides and MTB riding. There is a trail network that goes everywhere, literally, 2 blocks from the property. I rode my bike on this paved network all the way to Deer Creek Reservoir. I will be staying with Teresa again....
