"The room was not the cleanest. The bed was terrible caving in the middle. The nightstand drawer did not close. When showering the water would be all over the floor with the doors closed. Walls are very thin and you could hear everything. The pool and hot tub was overtaken by kids."

"Overall an amazing stay. Quiet, clean, and beautiful space. Only thing that could be approved is none of the passwords or passcodes to the door lock or wifi was correct. Communication was just ok they answered about the wifi password days after we left. We also had to leave the apartment unlocked when we left so all of our possessions were unsecured. If they tighten up the communication this would be a 5 star! Oh they had like a billion towels which was so nice of them. And a small stay present...

" (2/5)We stayed from June 1–10 and unfortunately had several issues throughout our stay that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, there was significant dog hair throughout the property, including on the couch, rugs, blankets, bathtub, and floors. We do not have a dog, so this was not from us. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and washing items on the first day.There was no toilet paper provided, no body wash available, and only three forks in the kitchen. There was also no toilet...
