"Our friends stayed in the home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Naomi gave me a tour before they arrived. This is the best VRBO I’ve encountered. Absolutely gorgeous. Most others are sterile boxes or just plain tacky. The owners built the home themselves and hand-picked antiques, art, and decor to be warm and welcoming. "Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. "Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. Close to airport for travel. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!"

"Very nice property. Very clean and well stocked. Location was perfect for hikes on the southern end of Antietam battlefield. Hot tub nice for relaxing after a busy day. My wife loved the Keurig latte maker. The winery next door was a plus as well. Would love to stay at in the future. "

"We had a wonderful time in Frederick, Maryland. The house is lovely & clean. It’s very close to nice restaurants & shopping. It’s also conveniently located close to Gettysburg, PA. We didn’t bring our doggie, but it is pet/friendly, & has everything you could need like home. "

"Spacious and clean house in a great location in Fairfax City. Proximity to lots of shops and restaurants but the street was still quiet. Great backyard for lounging or running around. Property manager very responsive. "
