"The hotel is very run down. The carpets are in terrible condition and looks like someone has died on them! The whole hotel needs a major renovation. Location is best thing about it - right next to the beach and train station."

"It was very clean and well looked after....it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack with tea and coffee..and maybe a dishcloth would have been helpful...also it would be good for the owner to leave details about the appliances and also the area.
