"Ok, so we upgraded the room which included the lounge - what’s to complain about, absolutely nothing, the lounge was fab, the room itself overall was ok and the breakfast was great too. But…the lifts, bent and battered doors, the middle lift shaking whilst going up and down and…sort the pillows out, ..."

"Room clean and house keeping staff and reception very pleasant Just a shame about having to pay £7 a day for hotel private parking and it’s not even in the town centre it’s about a 12 minute ride on the bus to the town centre Besides this a very nice hotel"
