"hola ya es la tercera vez en halojarme en el hotel, todo perfecto y los empleados muy simpaticos todos, restaurado hace poco, un impedimento quitar del bufet el fiambre, tipo queso, jamon , chorizo, salchichon, huevos fritos y pavo, por lo demas todo bien."

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following:
- The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down.
- We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels
- Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if...

"Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number.
Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.
Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James."

"Amazing hotel, adequate spa. Whilst the pool is slightly warmed it quickly turns cold and it is missing a jacuzzi badly. Service in the hotel is second to none, every meal was lush and breakfast especially good. All the staff were courteous and prompt with any request. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat, just leave the trunks at home."

"First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. Good value for money "

"The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. "The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night.
Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady.
We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. "
