"Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude."

"Good location but very dirty. Shower curtain covered with soap. Couldn’t sit on couch due to dirty upholstery. Only two worn out bath towels. Holes in sheets. Badly in need of paint job. Security door in garage propped open with wood. Toilet paper holder fell off onto floor first time we used it."

"There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. "The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. This apartment is housing the AC and Heating unit to the hallways and main office, so there is ALWAYS a loud humming and banging of the unit turning on and off. This...

"When we got there the bed sheets were wet, hand stains on the wall, one of the kids sat on the bed and immediately got a rash. There appeared to be someone living there stuff all over the place. And what looked like mold on one wall and multiple stains on the carpet. Don’t book this location, I would not put my dog in this room.!!!"

"The unit was completely different than the pictures. There was almost no furniture. No wifi. No towels. It was a completely empty unit. It was dirty, the floor was covered with ants and the kitchen had some strange red liquid all over it, so we did not want to stay there for health and safety reasons (plus missing advertised amenities and furniture). We had to stay somewhere else. Tried contacting the host several times, no response. Vrbo won't refund us either, so now we paid for a listing that...
