Tenemos un condominio más pequeño, por favor revise el listado # 3538816

Ven y disfruta de la tranquilidad que la isla en el lago Travis tiene para ofrecer. Esta es una villa bellamente amueblada con un hermoso balcón envolvente desde donde puedes alimentar a los venados y escuchar el canto de los pájaros. La villa está decorada con una sola cosa en mente: "Relajación". El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y el baño de gran tamaño también cuenta con bañera y ducha de pie. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y ollas y sartenes y condimentos básicos. El refrigerador tiene máquina de hielo y condimentos básicos. El salón tiene 46 'TV con acceso a internet con acceso a Netflix, Pandora y otras aplicaciones de internet. La villa está muy cerca de la piscina del Norte y hay muchas comodidades en la isla. Disfrute de nuestras dos piscinas y jacuzzis al aire libre con hermosos paisajes y una piscina cubierta con jacuzzi y sauna seca. Tenemos canchas de tenis en la propiedad y un aro de baloncesto. Hay tres áreas de picnic con parrillas para barbacoa y un gimnasio bien equipado. También tenemos un restaurante y spa en el lugar (abierto los fines de semana por horas limitadas) Esto hace de la isla un lugar perfecto para cualquier temporada.
Tenemos un mínimo de dos noches para los fines de semana y consideraremos una noche de estadía durante la semana.

Photos show a water view from the balcony but based on how tall the grass is I would bet it has been months if not years since there was water in that channel. Had to leave a night early because there was an 8” centipede crawling around inside the condo and the owners wouldn’t do anything about it except accuse me multiple times of leaving the door open (which I definitely did not).

This is a beautiful little island that the villa is on. Watch out for deer on your drive in, because they were everywhere. The Villa itself was spacious and very clean. The furniture was comfortable. And although we didn’t use it very much, the kitchen was large, clean, and well furnished. My wife and I would definitely come back to this place.

The villa is so clean and well appointed. The bed is so comfortable. It’s super quiet. The pool was wonderful. The host sent detailed information on local places as well as information related to the villa. The deer roaming the property are an added bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo at The Island in Lago Vista, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I booked the unit, the owner was incredibly accommodating and flexible, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was beautiful—well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the owner put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming space. Everything in the unit worked perfectly, from the appliances to the Wi-Fi, making it easy to feel right at home. One of the best parts of the experience was the ease of access and parking. Checking in and out was a breeze, and there was always ample parking available, which made coming and going hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a relaxing getaway at The Island in Lago Vista. The owner truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to return!

The property was exceptional. We were disappointed that the coffee pot was broken, the linens were not high quality like you would expect with such nice property, ran out of paper towels with no extras, early morning noises like leaf blowers and dumpster people, barking dog and other amenities like shower caddy and bath rug were Dollar Tree quality.

We enjoyed staying here at the property. It was peaceful and quiet. Just the type of getaway we wanted. I wish we had water on the side we were on but the area with a water view was a short walk away.

Lovely property. The deer were so tame and walked right up to us, we brought a bag of carrots and hand-fed them which was a phenomenal experience. We enjoyed our stay at the pool and the restaurant on site was beyond delicious. The owner of the restaurant was incredibly friendly and I hope to come back here soon.

The community was beautiful and condo was perfect! It smelled nice, very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need (you bring your own food of course)! The patio was extra large with seating. We loved it and will definitely come back!

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We are in Austin and wanted to get away for a few days without spending a lot of time travelling. This was about a 45 minute drive from home, but it felt like being somewhere else entirely. The condo had plenty of space for the two of us. It was clean and stocked with all the kitchen essentials for cooking. There was even some coffee for the Keurig. Do to the sustained drought there was no view of the water from the balcony. We did have a minor issue with a toilet tank water leak in the half bath the second day we were there. I cut off the water feed and contacted the host fia the VRBO app. It wasn't a problem because we still had full use of the master bath. Would definitely consider staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed here from Monday to Friday and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and was very cozy. The pool at the property is beautiful and clean. The week at the property was quiet (that’s how we like it) and people around were very well mannered. The balcony of the condo needs some TLC, but I still was able to enjoy beautiful mornings sitting there. It was easy to communicate with the owner. She’s very personable and attentive. Excellent host. The Lake view from the condo is small and partial but that’s because of the current drought. The lake as a whole is currently only 43% filled. I do recommend to stay at this property. We are planning to come back in the near future.
