It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. "Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We felt like royalty while we were there. Ron and Natalie are great. They even had great recommendations for delicious food in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area. The amazing and huge luxury "Mobile Estate" we stayed in was breathtaking. The Koi pond is beautiful, and my wife loved feeding the fish. We have decided we will be scheduling another stay soon and we will be bringing friends. We want to pick a week that we could rent...

"We loved our stay! Natalie and Ronald were so incredibly accommodating and attentive! Our teen daughters loved the outdoor yard games and hot tub! The pizza oven was a fabulous treat for our last night! We wanted a unique place to spend a few days away for Spring Break and this place absolutely delivered!! What an awesome concept they’ve created! Would highly recommend for families with older children or couples!"

"We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! "

"My sister and I came for a girls weekend. It was more than what we expected. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. The property feel safe and peaceful.
