"Home was just as described online and host was very prompt to respond with answers to questions. We all loved the back yard as it was very peaceful and had plenty of room for the pups to run and play."

"We traveled to the beautiful home from just outside of Charlotte. We originally had planned an additional change but when something came up with our son’s schedule the hosts were flexible and helped make our stay work. The house was clean, perfect size for everyone to hang out and have fun together or have privacy in their own space. There were plenty of toys with a covered porch, swings and a fire pit. Would definitely go back"

"We spent a wonderful Father's Day weekend at the lake with our family and grandparents. The house is situated on a very nice and quiet cove, which made it perfect for swimming. The huge screened in porch was such a nice feature, and the hot tub was fun for us all as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location to Baseball/softball fields and very little traffic on that side of town. The listing had hot tub on the amenities but there is not one. It definitely has the feel of a rental and not someone’s weekend home. Very Clean! Lots of usable space. Overall it was a great place."

"We really enjoyed Doc’s house. It was perfect. We had two families and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend this house. We also enjoyed the screen porch. The house has got everything you need from the basic necessities to the swimming rafts, noddles extra chairs, firepit. We loved swimming off the dock, it was very deep. We parked our boat under the covered dock area during the afternoon storms. We would definitely stay at Docs place again when we comeback to Lake Keowee. Thank you...

"This house was absolutely wonderful! There were plenty of beds and plenty of room for our entire family and a few friends. The location was great, the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and it was so quiet the entire time. I think our favorite spot was the screened in sunroom. It was especially nice to have the house stocked with paper products and most of the things anyone would need in the kitchen. "My only negative is the property was said to have power at the dock. It appears power was indeed there at one time but it is now non-functional. I had two extension cords with me but still had to buy 3 more locally to reach the closest working outlet. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very well stocked."

"Bill's place is lovely and was great for a long birthday weekend trip for our foster daughter. It meets or exceeds the photos in the listing. We appreciated the wagon to carry our things down to the water. We also liked that you don't have to go up & down flights of stairs to get to & from the lake.
