"Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids."

"The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only...

"I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"We arrived on the last boat so it was dark and I couldn't fully grasp the resort and its layout. Thankfully the light of day made it so much better. The pool is large and warm and never over crowded. Its more of a grownup resort as the one next door caters to families. The air con in the rooms does its job but make sure you keep your wooden blinds closed! There aren't any glass on windows just screens and wooden slats. Garden bure was spacious and cleaned daily. We loved the free daily boat trip...

"We stayed in the Waitui rooms. Our room had a lovely view onto the gardens and beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The minibar was re-stocked every day and it was easy to 'trade' any items at the trade shop each day. We enjoyed the drinks and canapes each day. The pool area is beautiful, we wish we could have stayed longer!"
