"Property was just as described. Perfect location to everything. Very close to the beach, just ~ 5 min walk. The pool was really nice, felt good after spending the day at the beach. Property manager very quick to communicate, check in was a breeze. No complaints, would recommend!"

"The property and location were excellent. Plenty of stuff to do and restaurants to choose from. We’re really bummed out that the pool was closed all but two days when we were there. "Lies in getting you too rent with non refund. Would never stay there the had no ice in tower one had to go to other tower 2 for everything it should havd its own. It looks like they let then go away once broken and just Made people go yo next building. "The outside of the building was not impressive nor was the inside corridors or elevator. Don't let the outside fool you. I thought I has made a mistake and booked the wrong place. As soon as the door to the condo was opened all of my worries vanished. It was perfectly appointed furniture,drapes. 2 big screen TVs.All of the appliances were the best and looked like new. "Pool was nice and walk to beach was short. Building has 2 elevators, one of which was out-of-order all week making the other full a lot. Had to walk the 9 flights of stairs several times to avoid long waits. There were 2 separate doors with codes to get into the room and the second door code was 11 digits (have no idea why so long), so was very inconvenient. Existing condition of the property is not as it appears in the ad picture. I am assuming it is an older picture from when the property...

"Overall the stay was very nice. We had plenty of space for our large group. Decor was tasteful and the furniture was comfortable. We had access to restaurants and shops. Location to the beach was reachable by walking but made easy to get with use of the golf cart. The pool was clean and also accessible. "The location is wonderful- I didn't realize that you could walk to Baytowne Wharf in a minute. We took many trips there and spend 90% of our time on the property. The hot tubs were great. The pool was cold, but normal for late March beautiful and our kids still swam in it. The room was about the size of a standard hotel room. It was tight, but that is what we expected and the tall ceilings made it feel larger."
