You will find a modern bathroom with Walk In shower & a separate toilet. Large fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room. The house is heated with a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning unit to keep everyone cozy all year round. Fully equipped laundry with a washer/dryer.

The house is supplied with Plush towels & bedding that will guarantee a restful sleep. Free parking & easy access to scenic drives. Also the perfect pad for longer work stays being fully equipped, well furnished and styled, all guests will have a lovely pad to call home no matter how long they choose to stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, full bathroom, and living room. The garage is kept locked but there is free off-street parking in the driveway.

Please note that check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available with free off-street parking in the driveway and ample free street parking. The property is equipped with a reverse cycle heat pump for your comfort. The house is a single-level home with a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, and we provide essential amenities. We are located in a residential area, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down, especially during evening hours.

Guests staying 4 nights or longer will enjoy a complimentary bottle of locally sourced wine.

If you’d like to make your stay even more special, we offer a selection of optional extras to enjoy during your visit. Choose from a chilled bottle of wine for $30 and/or a fresh grazing board featuring locally sourced Tasmanian produce for $50.
