Welcome to our sunshine-filled home nestled in West Launceston. Spanning over 2 levels, this cosy abode offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience.



Situated within an apartment complex, yet surrounded by urban wilderness, you'll enjoy 3 bedrooms, modern furnishings and simplistic and well-appointed spaces.



The iconic Cataract Gorge and CBD are just minutes away, placing you in the perfect position to explore Launceston.



The space:

Arriving at your property, you'll find your apartment nestled within an apartment complex. Despite being part of the complex, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat, surrounded by plenty of native trees that make you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle.



Head upstairs to discover the bright and beautiful living space. Here, you'll find a spacious, open layout that seamlessly blends the cosy living, dining and kitchen areas.



The living room is brimming with modern furnishings and exudes a simplistic and welcoming feel. Keep yourself entertained with the smart TV, board games and reading materials provided. Step out onto the delightful balcony, where you can soak in the views of the surrounding suburbs and distant mountains.



The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, cookware and all the essentials you'll need for your culinary adventures. Gather around the charming dining table, which comfortably seats up to 6 guests, and enjoy your tasty home-cooked meals.



On this floor, you'll also find two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms, the laundry equipped with a washing machine, and a renovated bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.



Venture downstairs to find a separate living space housing comfy seating, a large smart TV and direct access to the backyard. Here, you'll find an incredibly spacious bedroom with two snug king-single beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep or maybe even a slumber party.

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.



FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.



ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Other Things To Note:

The apartment is spread across two main levels, so you'll need to climb a small flight of stairs to access the main living areas, the bathroom and all bedrooms.



While our home is family-friendly, please note that there are two small staircases without baby gates. Please supervise children around these features.



Please note there are exterior cameras placed on the outside of the apartment. They are located at the front door, downstairs back door and top floor deck. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for security purposes only.
