"Check in was at 4 but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room had an overwhelming smell of clearer when i 1st entered it. After the smell diminished, it was obvious to my son and I that someone had been smoking in the room. Both oders where in the room for the duration of our stay. "

"First time ever staying in a Tru. It was perfect for a short stay traveling on our way to Orlando. We appreciated the cleanliness and how the accommodations were just what was needed for a night while passing through. No carpet in the room gave it a cleaner feel.
