Incompetent Staff that Tries to Charge You Twice
"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. "Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay."
