"A little noisy located in a crowded street. Parking located 2 blocks from the hotel. Good price for the hotel"

Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "

"First room was dirty. Second room less dirty. I was asked to pay the room at 11pm, already in the room. Guy at front desk looked sketchy. "
