    Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. If any members of your group are smokers, please stay somewhere else.

    This beautifully presented 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom lower floor luxury apartment overlooking the Lancelin bay offers all the comforts of resort style accommodation, providing you easy access to the beach and within walking distance to the shops, tavern and restaurants.

    For the safety and comfort of your group and others, Ocean Surf is a totally non-smoking property both inside and outside- including the balconies and garden.

    The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed with sliding doors that open to the large balcony which overlooks the ocean and an ensuite with a spa bath, separate double shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom features 2 king single beds that can be clipped together to make a king and has its own ensuite with shower, separate toilet and vanity. Bedding configuration can be requested upon booking.

    There is a large living area with comfy couch, wall mounted TV, air conditioning & dining table. The kitchenette offers a large fridge, microwave, electric hotplate and dishwasher. Bi-fold doors allow the living area to be opened up to the balcony, with Amplimesh security flyscreens to keep pests out!

    The large front balcony overlooking the ocean has an outdoor setting perfect for enjoying the views and sunset. There is also a large balcony at the rear of the apartment with an outdoor setting and a Weber gas BBQ
    Downstairs provides guests with a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard. Sporting equipment and bicycles can be stored in the rear shed.

    Undercover parking is provided for 2 cars.

    This property strictly sleeps 4. No tents, swags, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.
    Sorry no pets. Free Wi-Fi.

    Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. A late checkout may be possible on request. Minimum 2 night stay.

    No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

    Porta cot and high chair available on request.

    Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for windsurfing, kitesurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
    The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. This property has amazing views of Lancelin Bay.

Double shower but one shower head missing. Water damage all over the wooden floors. Place has a damp smell to it. Location was great and views were good. Not worth the cost charged. Stayed as luxury but place was far from it. If possible try and book in the apartments next door.

Sunset sensation

Had to wait 3/4 of an hour and two phone calls on arrival at the property manager for access, and then was advised I was a day early which was incorrect. Not having internet was disappointing, no internal laundry facilities or equipment was available for cleaning and the stick vac didn’t work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect and it was fantastic to watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The blinds on the front window and door however are unfortunately poorly installed and need attention before they completely fall down. We had another issue the second day of our vacation when the unit above became occupied. You can hear the other guests walking around loudly and for some reason their smoke alarm kept going off which triggered ours. This was in the evening and when we tried calling management it just went to message bank. The next morning the alarm continued to go off at least 8 more times before a very helpful manager arrived and organised an electrician. I still feel concerned there is some kind of wiring issues in this building. Once these issues are addressed this is a great getaway location.

A1 for location

Having the beach track access over the road and the hole in the van coffee shop within a minutes walk the location is perfect for a relaxed getaway with ocean views, plenty of parking for 2 cars and kids could ride their bikes and play on the green grass. On check in, the manager had us in our original booked accomodation up the road. I explained i had switched and she was adamant I had not, i called the office and they confirmed i was booked where i should have been and i received access to the keys from them. On entry of the unit we noticed the cracked floor boards and cornices (the unit needs maintenance) no kids cups so i grabbed a coffee cup out of the cupboard, it had coffee stains, grabbed another cup and it was even worse 🤢. (Dishwasher sorted that!) Bedroom sliding doors had cobwebs between them (no deep covid clean before our stay on this surface). Being on the first floor you can hear the upper floors movements.

Perfect accomodation

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Lancelin. The owners were great and helped us when needed, the place was clean and the location was perfect. Will definitely be coming back in the new year. Thankyou for having us.

Great Location

The location is excellent. However, the unit needs some maintenance, especially the doors and there has been water leakage in the master bedroom from the bifold doors. Attention to cleaning is needed and in particular the back porch, door tracks and blinds.It is advertised as a luxury property but is not being maintained at this level,The property manager needs to update client information such as Wifi access and password other time is wasted on phone calls.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the balcony was amazing as it is just next to the beach. Main bedroom's bathroom had a great holiday touch to it with the hot tub and big windows! :)
