  • Doc's Cottage is a neat and tidy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Holiday Home. It is located across the road from the beach, Harold Park, play ground and has magnificent ocean views. Wanting a seaside holiday without the hefty price tag, then this property is for you.

    This quaint cottage is steeped in history and was relocated from Cottesloe to Lancelin and is over 100 years old. Features of this property include, wall air conditioning in main bedroom, ensuite to master bedroom with bath, dishwasher, fireplace and ocean views. Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset. This property is within walking distance to both the Lancelin Tavern and the Lancelin Beach Hotel.

    This property has Wifi.
    Pet Friendly-OUTSIDE ONLY- Fully fenced - ($250 Pet Bond Applicable).
    Wood not supplied for fireplace. BYO.

    No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

    Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

    The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

    A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Weekend at Doc's Cottage

We had a great time staying at Doc's cottage, watching the sunset from the front porch and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Great location, fantastic local bakery and restaurants.

Our fourth stay in Doc’s Cottage. We love it. Cosy, convenient. The the sound of the sea, especially at night is so relaxing and the white beach just across the road is a bonus for the pooches. Morning tea, afternoon tea, evening drinks on the front verandah, bliss

House had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Extra features such as outdoor heated shower to wash off from the beach, deep freezer, plenty of cooking utensils, games and books around the house made for a homely feeling for the stay with kids. Improvement that could be made is the back bedroom gets warm and very bright at sunrise and could do with darker curtains. Front porch decking needs some attention, many nails were sticking out due to aging wood boards being loose.

Great location but needs some TLC

Great location! This place has so much potential with more upkeep (i.e lawn instead of sand in backyard). To be honest it’s all a bit run down. Aldo the front bedroom is also the only one with aircon so the others get quite warm.

Great location and lovely house however really needs some overdue maintenance. Photos on line don't reflect property correctly. Property manager was really great.
