Visiting Lancaster, this room is in the heart of Lancaster so it’s pretty easy to get to surrounding areas in no time. Room was cozy clean and comfortable. Perfect for a single traveler or married couple. Definitely will book again.

We visited Lancaster to explore the Amish community and this property was perfect! It was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, sheets were super soft, and they stocked it with lots of wonderful extras (snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc). Loved how hot the shower/bath water got! The property grounds were lovely too. A great find for the price!

As described, clean and great communication. Appreciated the stocked refrigerator and snacks. The mattress has the center divot which is unfortunately common in rentals.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and well prepared, with snacks, drinks, soap, shampoo pretty much anything we might have needed. Communication was easy and clear the whole time, which made everything go smoothly. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our little weekend getaway. The room was clean and even had snacks and drinks stocked we had such a great time and will be staying at this property again when we come back! My only very minor thing is that the room didn’t have plastic silverware or napkins/paper towels which we figured it out and it didn’t affect how we felt about the stay but it would have been nice to have! Also the bed was super comfortable

You will never beat the price! Very cute small room. It is easy to find right along a main road, but the room is in the back so you don’t even know and plenty of private parking and just steps away from your room. The only negatives are between 9 and 10 PM I could hear the people in the other part of the house above the room moving stuff across the floor for quiet a while each night. By 5:30 AM each morning I could smell their coffee and if you’re a coffee lover, that’s great but I’m far from it lolThe bed is just a very basic mattress and the topper and fitted sheet, which are too big kept bunching up so it was very annoying all night so the last night I just removed the topper and slept on the mattress and that worked fine. I think for one or two at the most and for the great price it’s definitely worth staying at. All the extra little snacks and necessities is nice if you happen to forget to pack things I would definitely stay again.

The only problem I had was EVERYTIME, everyone came out the back door of the house near my cottage area, they slammed the door and it shake my whole room and ex specially in the morning before 8 am! A little disturbing to be scared awake every morning! But the cottage is very very beautiful and they made sure the room had refreshments and coffee and candy dish was full, a wonderful welcoming ideal!! ! And thank you for turning up the heat for me!! Born and raised in Lancaster so coming home to a place I always wanted to see inside, I am glad I picked this Bed and Breakfast to stay in while visiting back in my hometown!

The radiators in the room only heated for the first couple hours in the morning, then went cold for the rest of the day and night. We were COLD and had no way to turn up the heat. A small space heater was provided, which we used, but wasn't much help. A couple of unnecessary furniture items could be removed to make room for luggage. Very pretty vintage room.
