"The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special."

"Ideal location, 12minute walk into Skiathos town. All staff very friendly, polite, attentive, helpful and professional. Hotel spotlessly clean, excellent attention to detail eg towels changed daily, bottle of water provided every day, dressing gown, slippers and toiletries, thorough room clean every day. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. "The staff and hotel are just wonderful they cannot do enough for you - the pool area is lovely with ballanise sun beds & lovely pool. The restaurant & breakfast is all freshly cooked & gorgeous. It is the staff including Kostos Nicki & Sitorius amongst all others just so welcoming & couldn’t do enough for you . Definitely recommend .. "

"I loved how clean the room was and modern looking. Having a balcony was wonderful. It’s approximately two blocks from the port which was quite convenient and in the old part of town. Located walking distance from the shops, restaurants, bus and taxi stop but enough distance to enjoy quiet nights. I came with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. They cleaned the room daily and every two days provided clean towels. My only complaints are, staff are around until 4 pm, there’s no phone in the...

"Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "

"One bedroom upstairs, another bedroom and everything else downstairs, with separately controlled airconditioning. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage.
