"No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine"

"The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. The tub area is tiled and it’s old tile with mildew grout. There’s lots of grab bars, but when you have to step over the tub to get in, it’s not really very safe. Staff were always pleasant and...

"Vivian checked us in Saturday evening and she was wonderful. A very pleasant experience. We had an issue with the AC at first and she came up to the room personally to check it out. The AC had reset and started working as we met her at the door. Again, an exceptional employee.
Mike was at the desk for checkout. He was not very personable at all and rude at times to the guests coming to counter."

"I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!"
