Almost any facilities and extras you could want or need were already provided, with such care and attention to detail across all the areas. "Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved. Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are...

"Lovely hotel - fantastic set up. We booked a family room and really impressed - double bed and bunk beds with an internal door to separate the two rooms. Both with a seating area and tvs. Gorgeous location and staff were very helpful. "

"Very easy to find just off the M6. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food served in the bar/restaurant. Comfy bed and good size bathroom. "

"Car park was full in the evening so had to park in a lay-by nearby. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. We were in a top floor room with a very low ceiling that could do with some padding on the corners as it was a safety hazard."
