STUNNING setting with panoramic views of the Gippsland Lakes and Ninety Mile Beach, this large modern home will provide you with the space to relax and re-energise.

EASY WALK: Ten minutes from the centre of town / beach.

FREE WIFI

SUMMER GUESTS: Your own solar heated pool! Please note there is a surveillance camera in the backyard, located on the deck railings. Enjoy air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Catch the sea breezes on the enormous decks upstairs and downstairs.

WINTER GUESTS: Be warmed by a wood fire, with firewood supplied. Each living area has a split system for heating and cooling. Every bedroom has a panel heater.

- Wake up to the uninterrupted sights and views of the Gippsland Lakes through floor to ceiling windows
- To the north enjoy the treetop views and rural tranquillity
- Relax in front of the wood firebox
- Have a drink on the large sheltered decks
- Go on a multitude of day cruises
- Visit the local winery

- Go bush walking in ‘The Lakes National Park’
- Swim at the beach or in your own solar heated swimming pool
- Have a game of golf or mini golf
- Simply do nothing

FAMILIES: Luxuriously spacious. Lakes on View St has the facilities and space to accommodate two families in comfort.

DOWNSTAIRS: A comfortable open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which comes complete with all mod cons. Including comfy leather lounges, wood heater (wood provided), dishwasher, microwave, TV and Netflix, split system heating and airconditioning. The kitchen set up will make the cook in the family happy - with plenty of utensils and servingware, plus a good selection of pots/pans.

5 BEDROOMS: Master bedroom - queen bed and en suite with shower and toilet. Second master bedroom - double bed and ensuite, Third bedroom queen bed, fourth bedroom double bed, and the fifth bedroom has 2 singles with the opportunity for two extra mattresses. Every bedroom has a panel heater and ceiling fan.

LINEN: Please bring your own linen (sheets, pillowcases and bath/beach towels). Doonas with covers, pillows and teatowels supplied. Bed linen and towels can be requested at a cost of $25 per person per stay.

BBQ: There is a gas BBQ on the downstairs deck with seating in an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. A reserve gas bottle is provided, found in the laundry cupboard.

UPSTAIRS: A second living area. Relax on the chaise leather lounge with views of the ocean and lake. Leading off the living area is a huge deck with a second outdoor dining area overlooking extensive views of the Gippsland Lakes and Ninety Mile beach

FAMILY bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower, there is a separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine.

PARKING: Off street, undercover parking for 2 cars. Plenty of off street parking for jet skis and boats.

CHILDREN: Porta-cot, high chair and stair safety guards available at no extra charge.

Laze the afternoon away (books, magazines and board games provided) or enjoy a stroll to one of the close by attractions - beach, fishing and mini golf, all within walking distance.

Please note that the property is not suitable for bucks/hens groups or other groups looking to have loud parties. Dinner parties or family birthday gatherings etc are fine.

We endeavour to provide a late checkout to enable guests to maximise their break, however this depends on whether there are other guests arriving that day.

Homely and peaceful stay

Lovely view of the water and surround bushland. Quiet street. We had a lovely stay.had some minor issue with the gas but they were a phonecall away and ready to help.

Incredible!!

Our stay here was fabulous. The property is massive, close to everything. Had everything we could possibly need. Very clean, Pool was an awesome size and the views were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would come back. Thanks so much!!

Family get together

I’ve been told by the rest of the family that we were with that I have to book again for next year. It was a hot weekend so the pool was very welcome. Plenty of beds to accommodate us and well equipped kitchen. Found out that we needed linen at the last minute so had to buy some on the way…set for next year now.

Exactly what we wanted

Love the house! Exactly what was pictured. More than big enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The view was amazing, kids loved the pool and the fact that it was at the end of a court so they could ride there bikes.

House was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Lakes Entrance. This house was perfect for our needs. Pool was fantastic as it’s very protected and always felt much warmer despite it being windy or cool at times. Would love to book again one day.

The location was ok, house was average with a nice sunset view.

For what we paid for the 4 nights, 2 adults & 3 kids. it is bit overpriced…the house needed a lot more work and cleaning., The kitchen was tidy but had ants crawling around, the oven wasn’t cleaned, found mouldy sausages in the oven from the last guests. Bbq wasn’t clean at all and was all rusty so we couldn’t use the bbq the entire time there. The bathrooms were not clean enough and all the bathrooms x3 have mould around the grout lines in the shower areas and 2 downstairs bathroom is a bit dated. Furniture is a bit wear and tear. Pool area was good for the kids and the view was nice from the deck. Bonus was the sunset view.* Sheryn was nice enough to let us used the linen and towels, because we didn’t get the check in information in time about bringing your own sheets and towels, as we were already on the road. For the price $633 per night that should be included I think. When it rain, the living room had a few drips through the ceiling. Overall, I mentioned it all to Sheryn, she was very apologetic and was also unaware. Honestly I don’t think I would come back to house again.

Senior Reunion Group

House was well suited for our needs. Enjoyed the spectacular views and sunsets from windows. Cleanliness was good except kitchen draws could have been better. Short on coffee cups/mugs (only 7 for 10 guests) otherwise ample plates, dishes etc. Beds very comfy, plenty of heating available. Lighting in living areas poor for reading, knitting etc. Electrical catering equipment needs testing, blender does not work, small electric beater went up in smoke when turned on. Hence we didn't try anything else, otherwise a good kitchen, oven, griller, microwave, dishwasher all excellent. Some rain found its way into living room after a downpour. It was a little further from main street than I thought, but walkable. I would certainly recommend this house to others. We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our 10 adults.

Lakes view on View Street, Lake Entrance

The property was in a beautiful location with great views. All the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the property was very poorly presented. The BBQ was dirty. (We cleaned it as best we could.) The fans in each room were covered in dirt. The vent in one of the bathroom ceilings was very dirty with dirt literally hanging from the ceiling. The property was generally quite grubby. The kitchen again was disappointing. 7 cups for 9 people. There were no bags for the kitchen bins, no dishwashing liquid or dish cloths. For a property that was over $3000 for 5 nights, one would expect a higher standard

Great family getaway

Property had ample space and was nice and clean. Fantastic location. Kids loved playing in the pool, bbq needs replacing though as one side was full of rust. Would definitely stay again!

Best view in Lakes

A lovely stay and perfect for our group. Comfortable beds, good location, everything we needed. Pool was lovely and well received by our group. The upper deck was perfect to relax and take in Lakes entrance.

Fantastic spot ,great house with all the amenities needed to have a family vacation. Very central spot with amazing views . Landlords were very helpful and very lovely to deal with. Thankyou for sharing your property with us . So much to do and see in Lakes entrance. Will be going back without a doubt.

Magnificent View, Great Location

Cant fault the location and the view is just amazing. the extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful with requests and got back to us on quick and timely matter. Will definitely be back here again.

Great group booking with some improvement needed

A great house for a group, close to town, pet friendly. Lots of maintenance issues: oven didn't work properly, sistern leak in second ensuite, dryer took forever, vacuum cleaner not great. Also cleaning not that great: the hallway was full of dust and dog hair (not ours). Owner didn't send lockbox details until after check in, on request. Bath mats not supplied (and not listed as a packing requirement). We still had a good stay, but this stuff shouldn't happen.

Location perfect

Home needs some love, but a great location. Images on the site was on point. Would be great to have some smaller pieces of wood to start the fireplace with and more kitchen essentials. Apart from the spider and cockroaches in the kitchen, the house was pretty neat. Beds were great and comfortable, linen was very fresh, lovely hosts.

Family getaway

This property is in a great location and a lovely view. There were plenty of spaces for people to spread out: be part of the larger group or take some time out without retiring to a bedroom. Sheryn is a great communicator and always pleased to help.

Great location

The property is good for families and has the space. the only let down is that the cleaners do the house but not the external living entry or pool areas di chairs and oaths not swept or maintained to stop crap into house we used out towels to mop and clean in going foot traffic . Pool was dirty asked about the scoop to clean ,advised under house but was locked up . Did not get any further assistance. The front entry is dirty covered with leaves and not swept so you track into house if not carful . Great location works well for two families but the practical aspects as mentioned let it down There is wood for fire but had to buy an axe to make kindling and split the wood So just some pointers for host to think how it could be better as not cheap . As I said great views good location just needs outdoor Maintaince regularly
