"The hot tub is NOT working. The front desk will tell you it is, it is NOT. It has hot water, no jets and is DISGUSTING. The entire property is dirty and gross- I'm not sure how they still have the name Country Inn and Suites attached to it- it is not the same quality of the brand at all. The towels and sheets are dirty and dingy, the furniture in the room was the same. We stayed here because of the shuttle option to the airport and the return shuttle driver got lost finding us and we felt...

"This hotel is amazing and I would stay here again! Located only 15 min from the airport, parking was included, and there was plenty. There was always someone at the front desk, ready to help. Check in was easy and seamless. I stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip. The room was clean, and had character with the decor. The bathroom was clean, and the only complaint was that the water was a little spotty in the sink and it took it a second to fully run, but other than that, my stay was amazing...

"This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for a short trip to the Minneapolis-St Paul area. It was conveniently located for all the places we needed to go. "Had a strange guy playing loud inappropriate music in the pool room and when I asked about it staff said he's been drinking. When I suggested maybe he should be asked to leave, they said no he stays here a long time? Breakfast was also not impressive."
