"I always stay at this hotel when I fly in from Tokyo to see family. It's next to Lake Ray Hubbard and I-30 so getting to Dallas is easy."

"Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. "

"Great sleep. Friendly desk staff. We arrived early and we were allowed early room access for which we were very grateful. Easy walk to shops, fast food etc. Nice breakfast. Overall a nice stay."

"I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. "

"Bugs in bathroom, dirty bedframe and floors, disgusting elevator full of dead bugs and food trash, and then the heavy smell of smoking despite being a smoke free hotel. Made the mistake of being cheap and definitely laid the price "

"We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there...

She couldn’t find my reservation even though I had the expedia confirmation number. Room was clean and nicely put together."
