"Location is good a little walk to the lake, but a beautiful view. How cozy the house felt. The hot tub was nice after a long day to relax and unwind. My husband and I love to go rock hunting. He’s a geologist so going to Lake Michigan was our number one priority and it did not disappoint. It’s only a little over an hour drive from the house. "Very clean & well stocked with the amenities as listed. Clarified coffee pot with Jeri Jo great communication as i had acouple of questions Peaceful & good home base for leaf peeping &Shopping. The cabin was comfortable & perfect for 2. Fireplace kept us warm & added to the vibe. Used the firepit nice extras for outside enjoyment Great time. Stumbled on a Cust Appreciate day at a local farm won a Mum! "

"This house was great for our girls weekend! A lot of bunk beds, but we did our best to make it work. Some of our group are older women and it was not safe for them to adventure to a top metal bunk bed, but we were aware of that when we booked. Not a negative, just something to consider. The lake is very "mushy" and not really swim worthy, but a nice view! The indoor pool is AMAZING! The host is wonderful, very responsive and understanding. "The property was great. Lots of places to hike and explore. The lake was beautiful with crystal clear water. The bottom was sandy but due to the Lilly pads and weeds if you wanted to swim you need to get in at the end of the dock. Fishing was good with a lot of nice bass and a few northern pike 20-30 inches. There were 2 canoes 2 kayaks and a rowboat along with life vests. But be aware you may need to share because there are 2 other places to rent on the property. The Ranger house was well...
