"Very pleasant and helpful owners. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Keep in mind that this is an older motel with a unique character, but the owners are making a real effort at updates and repairs to bring it back to its best. "Air conditioner made such horrible noises was unable to get a good nights sleep. Tried adjusting it several times, but it still was very noisy. Floors in room were very slippery but navigable. Staff was outstanding and very friendly. Outside pool was clean and comfortable. Especially liked walk in feature. Did not utilize any other accommodations. If it wasn’t for the air conditioners constant noise, would have been comfortable stay."

"Stayed 8-1-2026. The location is great with an awesome view of Lake Geneva. The outside of the property looks very nice and well maintained however don’t be deceived by the pictures you may find on these sites. This property needs a full overhaul of all its rooms. We checked in and the AC was shut off so the room was 85 when we walked in.
