"Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the fitness area. The only issue was the pool. It is pretty small and a huge wade of hair floating in it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate."

"Staff was very courteous. The town was very nice and all the stores and food places weren't far. Everything was pretty convenient. But i will say if you for an average price just expect it to be average. Other than that my stay there was nice."

"No hair dryers in the room. Having am extra waffle iron would help. No staff came to the desk when we were checking out, rang the buzzer and no one came to the desk. The fridge in the room was dirty."

"The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. "
