"Had to get staff up to the room to switch the heat/ac unit to summer instead of winter. The room was pretty warm when we got into it. The staff was up to the room in about 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to find and fix the problem. Might suggest that a drop dead date (June 1) all units get that switched over."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunately the room connected to us was loud and inappropriate. While that is not the staffs fault, they were unable to make any accommodation to change our room so we didn’t have to hear loud intercourse from 12am to 7 am. That made it hard to get a good night sleep. Bathroom needed attention when we checked in but that was resolved immediately which was greatly appreciated. Overall we were pleased with the staff. "This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic. That being said, I WILL stay there...

"My feet stuck to the room floor so I mopped the room four times. All four times the towels turned black from dirt on floor. I have never rented a dirtier room. Pubic hairs on stove and counter. Broken table leg and more. The motel was obviously housing homeless. Lots of drug activity. Very rude disconcerting staff. Worst stay ever. So very dirty."
