"The apartment was great! Clean, fully stocked, perfect location. Just be aware the couches in the living room are actually twin beds for more sleeping areas. We were able the fit the family on 1 to watch tv together. Not uncomfortable, just different. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"What a great stay! The place not only looked clean but felt clean and cozy. Decor was well thought out, as it was cute and also functional. We only stayed two nights but easily could have stayed much longer. We walked to shops and restaurants and still enjoyed some ‘down time’ in the suite. Highly recommend, as we would definitely book here again!"

"Our stay was great! The property was super clean and very well kept. It's so cute and homey as well. Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. I didn't need to contact them at all during our stay, but I had a few questions ahead of time and they would respond quickly and were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect place for a little weekend getaway for 2-4 people!"

"We took our family to Chicago for a Cubs game and stopped in Lake Geneva for a night. We wish we could have stayed more than one night because we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we will definitely spend more time. The house was clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The location was 3-4 minutes from everything so overall very convenient. "

"We spent over 30 minutes at check-in because our room was hard to find and not well signposted. The receptionist couldn’t come with us to show the way, so it took us a while to locate it. Outside the room, there was construction and a lot of mud, and when the staff member brought the remote control, he accidentally tracked that mud into the room. He did clean it up afterward, which we appreciated. Still, the area outside was quite dirty, and it would be good if the hotel kept it cleaner. The room itself was comfortable once we settled in, but amenities were lacking. We couldn’t easily access the gym or the pool because they were too far away, and the hotel didn’t explain this well in advance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but they need to improve directions and cleanliness around the property."
